Igloo or Spa?

Nowadays, you not only get to choose between chicken or fish meal, white or red wine and coffee or tea or juice. You also get to choose hot or cold temperature.
It was a routine flight until the temperature onboard began to dip drastically. Blankets became a scarce commodity. After some complaints from passengers, the temperature was brought up again. But, it rose and rose until hot air was phewing out of the ventilators! Stewards decided to open the air vents only to have the blow hot air to our heads like hair dryers! Frantic stewardesses came around with cold towels and cool drinks to calm the frazzled passangers. 15 minutes later, it was freezing cold again.
